Don't Let a "Clean CarFAX Report" mislead you. Many "mom and pop" repair and Auto/Body shops don't report to CarFAX. Just because a vehicle has a "Clean CarFAX Report" doesn't mean it's never been in an accident, flood, or had other damage.
